Sender ID is the authentication developed by Microsoft while Domain key is that by Yahoo. Simply put, if you send mails with your own mail server to Hotmail or Yahoo mail accounts, you are requested to have their own special text strings in the letter head so that the mails can be received. This is one way to block spam mails. You have to install the software into your own DNS_server or mail server.
LiveCDserver has already such software. You can just use it. Of course, DNSserver has to be in the same computer to execute this function.
【 Supporting outgoing SMTP AUTH 】
Outside the office, people can use webmail to send and receive mails. The default is encryption for security. If one must use Outlook Express to send mails, as the outside IP is not fixed, you have to enable LiveCDserver smtp auth while authentication has to be enabled at Outlook Express, too. Thus, we can send/receive mails outside the company from the company server. The entire process is relay.

Normal mail servers, after first failure, will send the mail again in 15 minutes or even the third time. Greylist will receive the second of mails from the normal mail servers. If the first mail of the senders is 15 minutes late, ensuing mails will arrive immediately without delay.

Or, you can enter the mail server of the sender directly into the mainframe IP or e-mail address in the whitelist. Mails will not be filtered by greylist.

In addition to behavior filter, under Bayesian analysis, this function automatically transforms letter content into score judgment. Administrators can have different hadling based on the scores.

In the following figure, mails under 5.9 are regarded normal mails without handling. The first level is between 6.1 and 9.9. Only **spam** (can be changed) before the subject of mails. Mails of level 2 with scores between 10.1 and 14.9 will be moved to quanantine area. Users can retrieve from webmail or the reports from the system notification. Mails with scores larger than 15 will be directly deleted. Higher scores means more possible spam mails.

Spam mails are categorized automatically into the folder, reducing the time in deleting spam mails and eradicating harassment of spam mails. The users of the entire company can define their own “systematized” and “customized” spam filer mechanism, having their flexibilty under the company standard.
Without any setup, one can have over 90% recognition result. With spam mail report learning mechanism, the filter can have between 95 and 99% effect.

You can filter mails with subjects, senders, recipients, contents, sizes, source IP and titles, etc. You can also set time to quote the handling policies such as supervisors review mechanism , direct deletion, forward review release, and delayed sending, etc. The filter also supports forward and automatic response.

Content filter is entirely manually set up, not the automatic judgment analysis like spam mail filter engine. The main purpose is to monitor mails. For example, if letters have attachments with .exe files, they are automatically forwarded to the supervisors before release, directly deleted or forwarded to a certain administrator.

If you need to send a great number of mails, you can use delay sending to send the mails after work.

Provided mails of a certain sender or recipient have to be sent to the supervisors , you can have the mails automatically copied to the supervisors .
If you believe virus infected mails are with .scr files, you can have all mails with .scr attachments directly deleted.
Built-in control function enables you to monitor the sending address of employees to avoid that they send mails to those who shall not receive the mails or they can only send to internal accounts, not outside addresses.

Complete contents of all incoming and outgoing mails can be recorded in full course and certain targets can be excluded. It supports full text search to quickly search the desired mails. It also enables resending, forwarding and online spam mail report into spam mail learning system. Administrators can enquire all incoming and outgoing mails based on the desired conditions. They can resend and forward deleted important mails anytime.

This function saves you a mail copying machine and you can record all mails in years. The function backups the entire mails, not just subject or titles. Clicking the mails, you can open the mails in web interface or save as .eml files to be opened with Outlook Express.
