Contacts can be set up in accordance with groups in the address book. In public address book, administrators can set up authority of access and writing to different groups. Administrators can modify the public address books of the company and determine the access/writing authority to different groups flexibly.

LDAP public address books are not only for WEBMAIL but also directly accessed via Outlook (Express). You can add contacts manually or import .csv files for public address books.

Web hard disk is an indispensable function of webmail. It enables users to store important data to be accessed outside the company. Important files can be administrated.
